March 2021 - Current

  • Facilitates the development and dissemination of infection control guidance for healthcare and long-term care facilities (LTCF) across the state of Washington.

  • Oversees EGD project development in collaboration with, and for, internal and external partners, always ensuring our projects consider the communities we serve.

  • Maintains a catalogue of proposed, in progress, and completed education, training, and guidance deliverables, while ensuring our teams are satisfying our grant milestones. 

  • Circulates guidance drafts for stakeholder review, including local health jurisdictions, professional associations, and other state agencies.

COVID19 CASE MANAGER

SOUTHERN OREGON UNIVERSITY

December 2020 - June 2021

(Contract)

  • Primary case manager coordinating care for all active COVID19 cases amongst students, staff, and faculty.

  • Coordinated quarantine and isolation procedures with leadership in the following departments: Wellness Center, HR, Housing, Athletics, Dean of Students, and the Jackson County Department of Health.

  • Managed a “Daily Attestation” work queue, following up with probable cases as needed.

  • Performed daily care calls for all active, and affected, COVID19 cases to ensure they had access to (but not limited to) the following basic needs: food, shelter/relocation of housing, academic resources, financial support, physical and mental health support, COVID19 testing and transmission education, state aid, and HR relief benefits.

  • Developed reports for leadership outlining potential opportunities for protocol development to curb disease transmission
